This is the story of a five year old German Shepherd named Sago. Although Sago was born on August 21st 2005, her story starts on June 30th 2009 when she was abandoned by her owner – the result of a breakup. The OSPCA was called by a man and they picked up Sago in Georgina where he explained that his ex-girlfriend had left Sago and he could not look after the dog.

The OSPCA brought Sago to their Woodbine Avenue shelter south of Newmarket, Ontario and classified her as a Stray and put her on the obligatory 5 day hold for More >
